Refund policy

All laptops sold by Qadri Tech include a 07-Days Check Warranty. Customers should fully inspect and test the product during this period. Returns or exchanges are accepted for hardware faults reported within the warranty period or if the wrong product is delivered. Physical damage, burn, water or liquid damage, software issues after delivery, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered. If a verified issue cannot be resolved or replaced, a refund may be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
